How are regular rolls handled?

Let's start with the basics. The Textile Center develops only the best quality fabrics on large rolls. contact our experts, shirt fabrics, TR suit fabrics, medical fabrics, pocket fabrics. You name it, we have it!

These large rolls are available in various lengths. We put these large rolls on our own developed double folding machine. Folding the fabric in half onto the fabric cardboard is not only easier to move. It also gives retailers the opportunity to offer more of our fabrics and small department stores, since each regular roll requires less shelf space. So by dividing large rolls into several regular rolls, more customers can enjoy our great collections. Double the rolls, double the fun.

Since regular rolls (most of them) are about 10 meters long each, they are also perfect for trying out our latest design collections. But please note: they will fly off your shelves, so order new batches promptly!

Why do I receive more or less?

We cannot guarantee that a regular roll is exactly 10 meters. Therefore, the exact pieces picked will be charged. How does this work? Our suppliers send out large rolls of different sizes. Based on the number of meters on the large rolls, we estimate the size of the bifold fabric rolls.

For example: when a large roll is 65 meters, we can divide it into 5 regular rolls of 11 meters and 1 regular roll of 10 meters. Otherwise, we will have to throw away the very good fabric.

It would break our hearts to waste fabric, so we use it all. Only one meter left on the big roll? We add it to the regular roll. Is there 9.6 meters left? We'll sell it. You may also get some extra if the thickness of the fabric makes it more complicated to roll. Durability is key. But don't worry, your fabric will be sold out before you know it!
