Hilti does not have a published method, however, typically, engineers will re-evaluate and one possible option is to core out the existing anchor bolt and install a new adhesive anchor. If you decide to core out existing anchor bolts, it is important to determine which adhesive anchor is suitable for cored hole conditions.
