A: FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) cleanroom wall systems give outstanding chemical resistance to the aggressive acid and base cleaning solutions used in pharmaceutical cleanrooms.
A: Static Dissipative painted aluminum walls system with aluminum honeycomb core prevents ESD events that can damage electronic product. This is typically combined with static dissipative heat welded vinyl flooring.
A: Melamine or vinyl on a honeycomb core is a very economical yet effective cleanroom wall system. The melamine is water resistant and easily cleaned with two of the most common cleanroom cleaners: isopropyl alcohol impregnated tex-wipes or simple green cleaning solution.
A: Anodized aluminum provides excellent chemical resistance, good structural strength, and great durability. Unlike steel or painted metals, it typically will not corrode when exposed to water. Instead, anodized aluminum forms an aluminum oxide protective layer.
A: American Cleanroom Systems modular wall system options include poly-urethane insulating foam core which meets building code fire/smoke requirement and provides excellent insulation.
A: American Cleanroom Systems offers a “secure” modular wall system which can only be disassembled from inside the cleanroom. It also offers security door hinges and other special security door hardware.
