Injection molding machine is divided into the following five types:

• Vertical injection molding machine

Features:
Easy to achieve insert molding. Because the surface of the mold is facing up, the inserts are easily placed and positioned. The lower template is fixed and the upper template is movable. If the pull-belt conveying device is combined with the mechanical palm, the automatic insert molding can be easily realized.
The weight of the mold is supported by the horizontal template for up and down opening and closing action, will not occur similar to the horizontal machine due to the mold gravity caused by the forward fall, so that the template can not open and close the phenomenon.
Equipped with rotary table, mobile table and tilt table forms, easy to achieve insert molding, mold combination molding.

• Horizontal injection molding machine

The injection device and the mold locking device are on the same horizontal center line, and the mold is opened and closed along the left and right direction.

• Angle injection molding machine

The axis of the injection screw is vertically aligned with the axis of the mold closing mechanism template.

Features:
Because the injection direction and the parting surface of the mold are on the same plane, the Angle injection molding machine is suitable for the mold with asymmetric geometric shape or the molding center which does not allow gate traces.
Its advantages and disadvantages are between vertical and horizontal.

• Multi-station injection molding machine

The injection device and the mold closing device have two or more working positions, and the injection device and the mold closing device can be arranged in various ways。

Features:
The disk rotates 180º back and forth alternately on the same horizontal plane, allowing the operator to take parts and insert parts on the fixed operating surface, convenient work and high production efficiency.
High degree of automation, with automatic equipment, unmanned production can be realized.

• Electric injection molding machine

All-electric injection molding machine is a kind of machining injection molding machine with all power supplied by electric power through servo motor to drive each mechanical unit, such as melt glue, injection glue, seat advance and retreat, mold locking, mold adjusting, thimble.

Advantages:
High precision, high response;
High efficiency, low noise.
The cost is high, the price is high. Mainly used for forming high precision parts, such as light guide plate and other high precision optical parts.

Disadvantages:
Full electric injection molding machine is not as good as full hydraulic injection molding machine in service life. At present, the main components such as screw are basically imported from abroad.

• Electro-hydraulic injection molding machine

Electro-hydraulic injection molding machine is a new type of injection molding machine which integrates hydraulic and electric drive. It integrates the high performance of hydraulic injection molding machine and the energy-saving advantages of electric injection molding machine. This combination of electro-hydraulic injection molding machine has become the development direction of injection molding machine technology.
