Tube feeder
Tube feeders usually use vibrating feeders to ensure that the components in the tube continue to enter the pick-up position of the placement head. Generally, PLCC and SOIC are fed in this way. The tube feeder has the characteristics of good protection of component pins, poor stability and standardization, and low production efficiency.
Cassette Feeder
The cassette feeder, also known as the vibrating feeder, works by freely putting the components into the molded plastic box or bag, and feeding the components into the placement machine in turn through the vibrating feeder. It is suitable for Non-polar rectangular and cylindrical components, but not suitable for sequentially feeding components into the placement machine via a vibrating feeder or feed tube, this method is usually used for melting polar components and small profile semiconductor components, suitable for polar components. sexual element.
Tray Feeder
Tray feeders are divided into single-layer structure and multi-layer structure. The single-layer tray feeder is directly installed on the feeder rack of the placement machine, occupying multiple positions, which is suitable for the situation that the tray material is not much; the multi-layer tray feeder has multiple layers of automatic transfer trays, which takes up less space , The structure is compact, and most of the components on the plate are various IC integrated circuit components.
