It looks like there is a mesh filter on top but that is not where I would put one.
It is a nice looking case that comes with fans.
In particular, there are three front fans which is where the primary intake should come from.
If all the intake is filtered, your parts will stay clean.
I would hope that such a case would include an easily removable and washable front filter.
If not you may need to find one.

If you intend to use a aio cooler in the top position, you will need to compromise.
If the radiator draws in outside air, your cpu will cool better.
But that will draw in unfiltered air and will also heat up your gpu and motherboard.
